Write To Heal: BIPOC Pilot Series On Family
“Narrative journaling helps to rewrite your stories with compassion, while sending positive affirmations and goodwill to the person or situation.”
-Dr. Chris Lipat.
A free, 8-week guided writing journey to gently unearth your untold stories, outside the traditional therapy model.
In this container, you are guided with weekly writing prompts and—most importantly—met with empathetic witnessing.
Trauma often occurs in isolation. Healing begins when we find an empathetic witness. This series offers an opportunity to express difficult experiences and reframe them with a new perspective with the support of a guide.
Narrative journaling improves vagal tone, helping us better manage stress and improve mental well-being by fostering a more balanced autonomic nervous system.
